How long do your candles burn?
Our 150g candles burn for approximately 25–35 hours, depending on usage and care.
What type of wax do you use?
We use high-quality wax blends designed to provide a clean, slow, and even burn while maximizing fragrance throw.
How strong is the scent?
Our candles are carefully formulated to create a balanced fragrance, strong enough to fill the room but never overpowering.
Why is my candle tunneling?
Tunneling happens when a candle isn't burned long enough for the wax to melt fully across the surface.
- Let the wax melt edge to edge on the first burn
Burn long enough for the melted wax to reach the sides of the container.
- Trim the wick before each use
Keep the wick trimmed to about ¼ inch (6 mm).
- Burn in a draft-free area
Avoid fans, open windows, or air vents while burning.
- Do not burn for short periods
Short burns can cause tunneling. Aim for longer, even burns.
- Keep the candle on a flat surface
This helps the wax melt evenly.
- Extinguish carefully
Use a snuffer or gently place the lid on top to keep the wick centered.
