We want you to love your candles. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at contact@tunu-store.com so we can make it right. Because candles are fragile, we recommend taking photos if the package arrives damaged.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used candles

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
